1. 이 약관은 TOKOVOLT: BEATDOWN (com.tokovolt.beatdown) 게임과 포함된 음악·이미지·스토리 이용에 적용됩니다. 관계 법령과 배포 스토어 정책도 적용됩니다.
2. 이 앱은 유료 다운로드형 오프라인 싱글 플레이 게임이며 현재 버전에는 광고·인앱 구매가 없습니다. 디지털 보상과 가상 재화는 현금·물품·경품으로 교환되지 않습니다. 가격·세금은 구매 시 스토어 표시를 따르고, 결제·환불은 Google Play 정책과 관계 법령을 따릅니다. 법정 소비자 권리는 제한되지 않습니다.
3. 정상 취득한 이용자에게 개인적·비상업적 이용을 허락합니다. 포함 음악은 컬렉션 플레이어로 감상할 수 있습니다. 앱·원본 음악·이미지·코드의 무단 복제·판매·별도 배포와 권리 침해 이용은 허용되지 않습니다. 법률상 허용된 이용은 영향을 받지 않습니다. 등장인물·단체·뉴스·SNS는 허구이며 실제 장소는 게임에 맞게 재구성되었습니다.
4. 커리어·보상·플레이리스트는 기기에 저장됩니다. 서버 계정과 클라우드 저장은 없습니다. 데이터 삭제·앱 삭제·기기 변경·오류로 기록이 사라질 수 있습니다. 업데이트로 지원 환경이나 콘텐츠가 변경될 수 있으며 중대한 변경은 필요한 방식으로 안내합니다.
5. 게임 속 전투를 현실에서 따라 하지 마세요. 적절한 휴식과 주변 안전에 유의하세요. 문의 시 기기 모델·Android 버전·문제 현상을 알려주시고 비밀번호 등 민감정보는 보내지 마세요. 개인정보는 별도 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
6. CORETREND는 법령이 정한 책임을 부담합니다. 고의·중대한 과실이나 강행 법규상 책임을 배제하지 않습니다. 분쟁은 적용되는 소비자 보호 및 관할 규정에 따릅니다.

These terms cover TOKOVOLT: BEATDOWN and its included content. Applicable law and store policies also apply. This is a paid-download offline single-player game with no ads or in-app purchases in the current version. Virtual rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, goods or prizes. Google Play policies and applicable law govern purchases, taxes and refunds; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Lawful purchasers may use the game and its collection music player for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Unauthorized copying, sale or separate distribution of the app or its original music, artwork or code is not permitted. Uses allowed by law remain unaffected. Story characters, news and social posts are fictional.
Progress, rewards and playlists are local, with no server account or cloud save. Clearing data, uninstalling, changing devices or device errors may lose records. Updates may change supported environments or content, with appropriate notice for material changes.
Do not imitate game combat in real life. Take breaks and stay aware of your surroundings. Contact support with your device model, Android version and issue description; do not send passwords. The separate Privacy Policy applies. CORETREND remains responsible as required by law, without excluding intentional wrongdoing, gross negligence or non-excludable liability. Applicable consumer-protection and jurisdiction rules govern disputes.
